Shipping Policy
Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- In the event of a delay in shipping you will be notified via email and given an option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the U.S. For customers based in the UK, please visit https://quarterproof.com/
Returns Policy
Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@quarterproof.com. We will guide you through the steps to mail your product back to us.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@quarterproof.com.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@quarterproof.com and send your item to the address provided in our return instructions.
Shipping Returns: To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in our return instructions.
Costs: If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part or because it is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
